Advocacy - this program is focused on accruing and disseminating data and information about insurance coverage for patients who need emergency fertility preservation services. We provide coverage maps, fiscal analysis, budget reports, and the like on our website and by request from clinicians, regulators, and policy makers who are looking to improve coverage. We also have a variety of tools to support individual advocates or local (state-based) advocacy groups, such as coverage memos, appeals templates, etc. We have also held policy meetings, bringing together stakeholders in 2024 in texas and in new york to discuss and analyze how insurance coverage for fertility preservation services has been/is being implemented.

Fertility scout - this is our lonline service locator tool. It is a unique resource that consolidates and houses oncofertility listings from across the country, including experimental (hard-to-find) fertility programs and services. We market the tool to the oncology community so that providers can get their patients quickly to local clinical resources that are not typically affiliated with oncology practices, such as sperm banking, egg freezing, and pediatric tissue freezing services. The tool is free and can also be used by individual patients who are seeking to request appointments from the listed providers (through a secure email system).
