Litigation Center: As the leading voice for Patient Safety Organizations and their healthcare provider members AQIPs educates members legal counsel on the Patient Safety Act. AQIPS conducts research and files amicus briefs to educate courts.
Template and Tools: As part of AQIPS programming AQIPS develops compliance tools for its members including security training and policies and procedures for Patient Safety Organization and healthcare provider members.
