Engaged in legal proceedings before regulatory agencies that enhance the retail market opportunities, promote the benefits of retail electronic competition before commission policy makers and highlighting the consumer benefits of competition. This advocacy includes preparing and submitting testimony and providing expert witnesses that support retail electric competition as well as creating renewed market opporutnities for alliance members.
