To educate its members and the general public regarding the safe and responsible use of all terrain vehicles; to share information between clubs, individuals and the general public; to open up lands for more trails to ride on; to tread lightly and to encourage the use of atvs and establishment of atv trails in a manner that will result in a minimum effect on the environment.
