The organization provides regular updates on issues facing california agriculture to stakeholders through meetings at the headquarters of california dairies incorporated. The organization published written communications in newsletters.as a young organization, it focused on budling membership and donors by holding meetings with stakeholders and other interested parties.
The Alliance of Californias Farmers and Ranchers spent a substantial amount of time on several key activities including expansion of the organizations membership and producing the organizations outward facing communications, including the development of the website. In 2019, The Alliance recruited several new members of which are present on the Board of Directors, including The California Fresh Fruit Association, American Pistachio Growers, California Citrus Mutual and The California Rice Industry Association. These organizations further increase the amount of represented farms in California, as well as provide significant diversity. Through a continued growth drive, The Alliance of Californias Farmers and Ranchers will continue to build into a stronger organization.
