The tides foundation project supported a part-time staff position; the development of a capacity building team to coordinate outreach to indigenous peoples and organizations in hawaii, new zealand, and australia; board members travel and meetings costs associated with the alliance annual meeting; and a multi-way strategic planning session of the board meeting to identify short and long-term goals and objectives of the organization.
