The Alliance is a collaborative effort between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and local non-governmental organizations, faith-based, and social service organizations to (1) identify and assist victims of human trafficking; (2) effectively identify, apprehend, and prosecute those engaged in human trafficking offenses; (3) train law enforcement agencies, service providers, and the general public on the latest trends in investigation, prosecution, prevention and effective services to stop human trafficking and serve victims' needs and (4) raise awareness about trafficking.
