Provide high quality services and relationships which promote wellness and recovery so that individuals and families are successful in achieving their personal goals for an enhanced high quality of life.

The objective of this program is to provide services to children and families that will reduce the number of out-of-home placements and bring about more permanent changes in their lives that will allow them to function more effectively. 247 children and families were served (42 ages 0-5).
