Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity Natl Office

Grand chapter conclave - biennial gathering of members of the fraternity. Business sessions of conclave elect officers, propose and vote on legislation, etc. Professional poster sessions and awards highlighting accomplishments of members in chemistry and related fields also take place at this event. Approximately 200 people attended the conclave in 2024 and the learnings were taken back to their chapters, thus impacting roughly 2500 members.

District counselors hold district conclaves (regional meetings) and visit their chapters each year. These meetings help share ideas between members and chapters on topics ranging from science outreach activities; chapter activities; and educating members on the health and safety policy.
