Alpha Delta Alumni Corporation

To acquire, hold, manage and operate property for the use and benefit of the college greek letter fraternity known as alpha delta, former undergraduate college members of alpha delta fraternity and former undergraduate college members of alpha delta fraternity who are alumni of dartmouth college. To provide facilities for the members of the corporation in support of the public service activities of its members. To acquire, hold, manage and operate property for public service and in support of the corporation's charitable or eleemosynary activities that further or advance the physical, intellectual, educational, scientific, political, social or economic well-being of the members and the community. To promote public service in education through the social life of alumni and/or undergraduates of dartmouth college.
