The alpha gamma delta foundation impacts and enriches communities by providing essential support for education, philanthropy and leadership.

Programs

Grants to 35 organizations in 19 states fighting the critical issue of hunger in our local communities. Grant supported programs included fresh produce, mobile pantry, food rescue, school breakfast and backpack programs and supporting our vulnerable senior population through meal delivery programs.

One-year program grants to alpha gamma delta fraternity for educational, leadership and philanthropic programs and initiatives. Highlights included funding for: academy for chapter advisors 89 chapter advisors from across the united states and canada, and from baby boomer, gen x, millennial and gen z generations, met in person to focus on communications, listening skills, and coaching skills to promote the development of our youngest collegiate members. Academy for collegiate officers 267 officers from 109 chapters from across the united states and canada, gathered in person to focus on the critical development areas of action-oriented leadership, decision-making styles, engagement and relationship building. Empower program alpha gamma delta's leadership program for its highest motivated level of leaders. Led by 8 alumnae professionals and 8 peer mentors, 132 collegiate women from across north america participated in this cohort model where they defined their personal visions and leadership styles and created strategies to set goals and build relationships to positively impact their communities. The program concluded with an in-person, weekend capstone experience. Mental health and wellness the call to continue supporting mental health initiatives remains loud and clear from our 18-22 year-old members. Grant funds underwrote micro-learning opportunities and group consultations focusing on topics such as confidence, trust building, belonging and engagement, boundaries, conflict resolution and accountability. While focused on our youngest members, these resources are available to our full membership of over 145,000 women. Leadership consultant program hands-on leadership and personal/professional development training and coaching visits were delivered to 18-22 year old collegiate women at 79 alpha gamma delta chapters across the united states and canada, impacting a majority of our 10,000+ collegiate women. Acorn acorn is a learning management platform accessible to all 145,000 living members of the fraternity. The catalogue of courses includes how to command a room, positive mental health, stages of change, imposter syndrome, career readiness and much more. Alcohol skills training program (astp) more than 2,000 collegians from 31 chapters across north america participated in on-site training, focusing on understanding effects of alcohol, reducing risky behaviors and evaluation of personal behaviors. International convention 694 sisters from across the united states and canada, and from five generations (the silent generation, baby boomers, gen x, millennials and gen z), joined together in atlanta, ga to learn how to be a high achieving leader and how to develop an authentic personal brand.
