Recruitment - recruitment activities to engage new members into the organization - multi day event and ample preperation incuding rentals, florals, apparel, etc.

Officer supplies - vp recruitment - officer budgets are set for the year - officers maintain their budgets and utilize a purchase request voucher system hosted by the finance team to check and balance all puchases and maintain budget guidelines as voted on by ec (executive council) during the previous fiscal year. Officer supplies can include purchases/spending for activities such as study session refreshments, envelopes/postage, scrapbook materials, etc.
