Alpha Iota Education Fundation Inc

The general purposes for which the foundation was formed are to provide scholarships, grants and other financial aid and to make educational improvements to housing for the benefit of students of indiana university. Contributions received by the foundation will either be distributed directly to satisfy the charitable and educational purposes stated above or will be invested with the income generated thereform used to provide the grants and other financial aid. It is anticipated that substantially all of the grants and financial aid will be offered to the members of the theta chi fraternity and will be used to assist with educational improvements to the members of theta chi fraternity.
