Member recruitment: current fraternity members seek out like-minded students interested in developing intoprofessional business leaders. During recruitment, current members create promotional materials, registerevent space at the university of georgia campus and represent the fraternity at freshman orientation.

Principled business leadership institute: regional gathering of chapters representing the atlantic gulf coast division. Eight members attend to network with other chapters, participate in professional development seminars and set goals for the chapter.
