Alpha Lambda Alumni Corporation Of Theta Chi Fraternity

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated to raise funds to provide suitable housing for the members of the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity located at The Ohio State University, in which to live and to carry on their functions as a local chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity. The Corporation will own or lease real estate that will act as a chapter house to encourage, stimulate, and assist in the educational endeavors of the Alpha Lambda Chapter members.
