The AHCF contributed to research at iXCells Biotechnologies on Antisense Oligonucleotide Treatments (ASO Therapy). iXcells pilot study Stage 1: including small scale mouse cortical neuron isolation and assay optimization Stage 2 : custom mouse cortical neuron isolation for ASO Screen Stage 2 part 2: ASO screening using mouse cortical neurons

Expenses: $17KGrants: $17K

See Schedule O, Statement 1 The AHCF contributed to two other research projects (Jax Labs ASO Proof of Concept and SomaLogic ASO mouse models). We also sponsored the international ATP1A3 Symposium, hosted the Family Meeting, paid for a CNS sponsorship, and sent out family welcome packets.
