Alumni And Friends Of Calvin M Woodward High School

The Organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, but without limitation thereon, to support the educational and charitable purposes of the Calvin M. Woodward High School. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purpose, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under IRC 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
