Club journey caregivers and loved ones are invited to join us every tuesday and thursday at 10 a.m. For fun social time with music, games sing-alongs, exercise, bingo, conversations, lunch and more - all part of the social interaction.

Screening center the acv screening center offers no-cost screenings for those concerned with cognitive impairment or memory loss. Results are reviewed with clients and, if desired, with caregivers and referring physicians. This is not a diagnosis. Acv will also provide families with the education and resources applicable to their lifestyle. Starting 2023 - added screening center services two days per week.

Breathing space breathing space is our scholarship program for family caregivers to hire a temporary licensed caregiver or licensed daycare program for their loved one with dementia so that the family caregiver can take much-needed respite time for him/herself. This may also include respite care (overnight service) at a licensed memory care facility.
