Mission
Our goal is to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health in our communities by providing services and psycho-education through workshops, group sessions, and individual sessions. We also aim to provide our institutions, community organizations, schools and workplaces with the proper tools for understanding mental health through consultations, trainings, and workshops.

Educational workshops and trainings - the primary objective of this program service is to provide education on various mental health topics to community members as well as increase access to mental health services by providing cultural competency training to community health workers.
Healing circles and support groups - the primary objective of this program is to provide alternate healing spaces for community members regarding world events and various mental health topics, while also connecting the community as a way to support each other during crises.
