Mission
Amana Telehealth formerly Gxza Health provides virtual healthcare services to the population of Gaza addressing medical challenges resulting from the ongoing crisis. We have provided patients in Gaza using WhatsApp access to volunteer healthcare professionals worldwide who evaluated their health situation and prescribed a treatment plan and if medicine is needed our on the ground contractors provides it to them.

During the 2024 crisis in Lebanon displaced persons medical needs were assessed by medical professionals under the direction of Altakaful organization. Gxza Health whose name changed in 2025 to Amana Telehealth agreed to pay for the medications needed for these displaced individual by reimbursing Altakaful upon presentation of pharmacy receipts for the medicines needed. Records of the patients, medicine prescribed and reciepts for purchase of said medicines were obtained prior to payment.
