ADULT: Amanecer's domestic violence program, "First Step forward" offers individual, family, and group therapy, intensive case management, parenting and life skills training, and access to employment and housing for adults ages 10-60+ who have been traumatized by abuse in the home. Our goal is to transform victims to become survivors. Our 24/7 Full-Service Partnership services for adults ages 26-59 who have been diagnosed with severe mental illness. We do "whatever it takes" to help individuals on their path to recovery and wellness. Our trained psychiatrist provides medication evaluations and management.

Trauma Recovery Center (TRC): The TRC is to provide trauma-informed services to victims of crime. Provide outreach and services to crime victims who typically are unable to access traditional services; serve victims of a wide range of crimes; offer evidence-based and evidence-informed mental health services and support services that include individual and group treatment, medication management, substance abuse treatment, case management, and assertive outreach.

Domestic Violence CalWorks: Eligible participants in the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs), General Relief (GR), and General Relief Opportunities for Work (GROW) programs in Los Angeles County (LAC). Collectively, these services are known as Domestic Violence Supportive Services (DVSS). Amanecer's domestic violence program, "First Step Forward" offers individual, family and group therapy, intensive case management, parenting and life skills training, and access to employment, education, job training and housing resources to individuals who have been traumatized by abuse in the home. Our goal is to transform victims into survivors. Most of our program provide case management services which include confidential support services, safety planning, and advocacy. The case manager work with individual and families on advocacy/referral services to help with obtaining the appropriate community resources (financial assistance, emotional stability, and educational benefits).
