Encouraged participation in amateur athletics through individual and team skill development in organized practices and training sessions. Expenditures include Gym space, coaching and training fees, and equipment.

Fostered participation in amateur youth athletics through community outreach and marketing efforts as well as organization and administration of a youth basketball club that coordinated athletic participation for approximately 195 youth.
