Mission
The mission of amazeworks is to champion equity and belonging for all. We envision a world in which every person can reach their full potential because they are seen, heard, and valued for all of who they are. We provide research-based, anti-bias education curricula, training, resources, and support to educators to create equitable, connected learning communities for all children. We also work with other nonprofit organizations, for-profit businesses, and community and government agencies providing anti-bias, equity training and consulting services.

Through our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training and consulting services, we help them create more inclusive workplace cultures, policies, and practices that center equity and belonging for all of their stakeholders.
