We are a community of women 45+ navigating the present and future of work together in this digital world. We engage women 45+ to create and curate resources, services and opportunities to support each other as we work in the digital world. In 2023 we've been exploring collaboration with National Innovation Center for Aging to engage the community members in global efforts to do product and market research to make them age-inclusive.
