Mission
To promote the health and wellbeing of individuals by focusing on those who are in need of home health, private-duty, or hospice care due to health issues, to grant the dreams of the terminally ill who do not have the financial means to fulfill their own wishes by partnering with other charitable organziations, to advocate the importance of health by sponsoring community-oriented events that bring attention to health issues, and to aid those affected by natural disasters by providing financial assistance.

Just like before, a request can be made for a maximum of $500 for general expenses and maximum of $1,500 for funeral, cremation, or burial assistance; a patient can receive up to 2 grants per year; one for each category
