Much of this work is done by working directly with federal, state, and local governmental entities as well as with non-profit organizations providing governmental supportive services in their communities.year 2024 continued as part of the transition for america responds with love, inc. The covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath had a major impact on delaying many of the planned changes to enhance the non-profit organization. During the latter half of 2024, james burns, a member of the board of directors, passed away.the non-profit organization made the previous decision to expand its structural base. Plans were made to expand the board of directors and associated advisory boards into ones with individuals who not only shared the philosophical vision of america responds with love, inc., but also would be in position to donate or raise cash funding for the non-profit organization.in addition, plans continued to create advisory boards composed of individuals that would commit to provide or secure donated in-kind resources needed to operate the programs of america responds with love, inc.commitments had been previously secured for donated resources to help people and communities truly in need. These commitments for such items as books, computers, and other resources are planned to be executed in future years once the structural changes for the non-profit organization were implemented.trademark and domain name registrations continued where possible. Charitable solicitations for funding were extremely limited. Annual registrations continued to focus on a limited number of states and commonwealths. Once the structural transition is completed, the annual registrations will be restored in appropriate states and commonwealths.the transitional efforts are still underway. The covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath had substantial impact on the ability to implement this transition. It will take several years for this transition to be fully implemented to provide a long-term base for america responds with love, inc. To thrive in the years ahead.
