Training / Tools / Resources (AANI): The AANI continues to address areas of controversy and importance in its evidence-based guidelines program. In 2024, it advanced work on 10 guideline development projects and initiated three new ones on gene therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, antiseizure medication blood levels during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and essential tremors. The AANI continued to focus on various resources that help members provide optimal care for their patients. It published the guideline "Teratogenesis, Perinatal, and Neurodevelopmental Outcomes After In Utero Exposure to Antiseizure Medication" in collaboration with two medical societies.
