Healthcare - 2024 marked the year that ace was finally able to get back to the true heartbeat of our mission post-covid, serving in our schools and communities. While the government-run infirmary still hasn't opened to groups, we have found more "shut-ins and disabled adults" living on their own and barely surviving right in our own community. So, we started our own elderly ace mobile infirmary (ami) visits. Through this new program and with the help of our amazing volunteers, we've been able to meet so many basic and unique needs in the community for over 100 seniors, from building relationships and bringing food and water to building ace's first 8x8 ft. Tiny home for a man who had suffered a stroke several years ago and was left alone in a yard with an old home that was falling apart and leaked when it rained.additionally, several teams of licensed health providers came down to volunteer their time and host medical and dental clinics in the community, providing essential care to those in need, from treating diabetes and high blood pressure to offering spiritual encouragement. During these medical trips, we saw multiple generations of families serving together, a testament to how god is raising up the next wave of ace leaders.

Enterprise - in september 2024, ace finalized the purchase of its 840-acre farm, which serves as the foundation for our micro-business initiatives, including raising cattle, harvesting honey through capt. Bee's honey, making chocolate through cloud 9 chocolate, and growing crops in aeroponic towers through green life fresh! Even after hurricane beryl destroyed our greenhouses and caused us to rebuild, ace was able to raise the funds for more than 100 new 9 ft. Aeroponic growing towers, which will allow us to grow and supply pure, clean food to the community, as well as hotels with a large demand.paying off the farm and officially owning the land opens doors for even greater impact, as we can empower people in the community to improve sustainability in the parish and create dozens of jobs, often for those with special needs and single mothers looking to support their families and break cycles of poverty. Owning the land also enables ace to move forward with the plans for a green life learning center, where high school students who have come through our program will be able to come for continued support in getting up to par in reading, math, english, and the arts.

Discipleship - ace continued our weekly discipleship nights at the peace house to provide people in our community with a free meal, social activities, and gospel-driven conversations surrounding common challenges people face on a daily basis. Additionally, in february, ace hosted our annual men's & women's conference, a three-night event filled with worship music, a great message, and our desire to spread god's word to everyone. This past year's event was moved to an open-air venue at buccaneers jerk & juice centre, so we could expand our reach and welcome over 150 people into a time of worship and discipleship. One of the most inspiring moments from our 2024 conference was seeing lashauna, a young woman who has been unable to go anywhere but her bed, house, and hospital for 21 years; she attended the conference for the first time in her brand-new wheelchair donated by her sponsors.
