Membership and team services aims to:a) create and maintain a diverse network of professionals involved with clinical team care and research relating to individuals affected by cleft lip, cleft palate, and other craniofacial abnormalities.b) partner with family services to improve the quality of team care and advocate for improved patient care.

Outreach and alliances aims to:a) educate the public about the importance of team care as it relates to individuals affected by facial birth defects.b) partner with allied organizations to enhance capabilities to achieve strategic objectives related to patient care.
