Technical support and research - the association provides support for the development, implementation, and continuation of effective programs for management and use of ccps.

Member services - membership in the association provides producers, marketers, and users of ccps with a unified industry voice helping to educate the public of the many beneficial uses of ccps in lieu of disposal. Membership also provides a forum for information exchange and networking, and a nationwide committee structure for technical issues, market awareness, and development.

Publications - in addition to the semiannual member magazine, "ash at work", the association publishes books, technical reports, pamphlets, and documents that describe the utilization and application of ccps.
