The corporation is organized to conduct activities which are exclusively educational, scientific, and literary purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or any corresponding provision of any future u.s. Internal revenue law (the code). Including, but not limited to, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizatioons under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
