Consumer Advocacy: ACC membership and corporate partners have found the advocacy tools a welcome relief to many of their consumer issues and concerns. This service has been enhanced by the continued updates to our database tracking system. These strategic updates give ACC the efficiency to deal with member consumer issues. The ACC quarterly newsletters are available to members as another source of consumer information.

Financial Education Programs: The American Consumer Council (ACC) completed its membership survey regarding in-person seminars. Based on the survey results, ACC is researching the best way to move forward to incorporate ACC's growing Financial Literacy videos and in-person seminars. The membership survey also resulted in a wealth of recommendations for future educational videos requested by our members and corporate partners. ACC has been able to continue its policy to offer some of these valuable educational videos on a complimentary basis. Regular monthly updates on consumer issues and alerts are consistently provided on the ACC website to ensure our membership remains well informed.
