The purpose of the corporation is to promote and carry out charitable and educational purposes through the sponsorship and funding of scholarships for engineering and land surveying students, sponsorship and funding of lectures, seminars, conferences, journals, and other publications for the purposes of continuing professional education of engineers and related professionals, as well as sponsorship, funding and/or conducting research in the areas of engineering and related professions for the benefit of the general public.
