This organization seeks to promote social welfare by advocating for rare and critical mineral processors and recyclers in the united states. It advocates for policies and programs that will appropriately incentivize industry investment and job creation in the united states consistent with projected global demand and strives to lessen the dependence of the united states on hostile nations for the processing and recycling of key minerals.
