CHILDRENs TRAVELING EDUCATIONAL MEDIEVAL FAIRE PROGRAM (CTEMF) DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: An All-Family educational experience through total immersion into 14th Century Central European history through the method of a traveling show. Ticket purchasers will enter the show and walk into KARLSTEJN CASTLE, built in 1375 as the Treasury of the Holy Roman Empire and seat of the Holy Roman Emperor, KAREL IV, King of the Czechs. His daughter, Princess Anne of Bohemia, age 16, married Richard II, age 15, King of England, in 1382. Historic figures will appear, entertain, and educate, both as live actors, and marionette puppets. Merlin, the magician, accompanies Owain Glendyr, last Prince of Wales and good friend of King Richard II, as he escorts Queen Anne on her visit home to Karelstejn Castle near Prague. The Welsh dragon Cymru (a marionette puppet) hovers protectively over Owain Glendyr, and meets up with a cousin, Becky the Dragon of Bechov Castle in Slovakia (also a puppet). Robinhood of England walks with his cousin Janosik, known as the Robinhood of Slovakia, as they right all the wrongs of the world! A light show conjoured up through the magic of Merlin allows the audience to fly over beautiful central European landscapes, hover over ancient castles, and float down the river Vltava as the world famous music "Vltava" by Antonin Dvorak is introduced to another generation of future musicians, artists, historians, and dreamers. ACTIVITIES: In 2024 we continued laying the foundations for the future productions. The traveling tent show encompasses several avenues for cultural education. We are continuing to build on our catalogue of needs, contacts and resources. The venue will be multi-faceted, including marionette theatre, light show, volunteer actors from local colleges, children's and disabled children's participation. With a member on our Board of Directors which is one of Europe's oldest and largest marionette theatre's (Divadlo Alfa of Plzn, Jakub Hora, Executive Director) we utilize our annual meeting in Europe to build upon this great resource. 2024 marked further contacts and resources for this future program.

AMERICAN CZECHOSLOVAK LANDMARKS TRUST HISTORIC & CULTURAL CENTERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (HCCD) DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: To locate, catalogue, then assess care needs and business location suitability of Czechoslovak and all-Slovanic Landmarks to determine practical and economically efficient solutions of support and/or development as Cultural Centers. Where feasible, wholly-owned integrated and affiliated LLC businesses could be created to build and operate ethnic beer gardens (a central icon of Czechoslovak culture), ethnic bakeries, ethnic restaurants, Inns, marionette/cultural theatres and breweries. ACTIVITIES: During our fiscal year 2024 we continue to wrestle with the slow, contentious realities of contrary real estate developments in the immediate vicinity of some Czechoslovak historic landmarks, with fear and apprehension. Our weak financial position does not yet allow us to respond to hostel activities of others. We are still learning. EXPENSE: As of the Tax Year 2024, we have toured 25 States to begin the initial search and cataloguing stage. Along the way, we have further developed our contacts and understanding of the needs of specific landmarks. All of this is necessary preliminary work to creating a realistic and viable plan of action. This project will require a strong fundraiser income. 2022-2024 marks the beginning of our planned dual landmarks support financial structure. We have established the initial two sides of this support: LIBUSE FUND for care and maintenance of existing structures, and WENCESLAUS FUND for strategic planning and development of new structures and locations, within the scope of these stated programs. The building of beer gardens and breweries of authentic Czechoslovak character, are critical to making beer pay for this public charitable work. We continue to move forward. PART III O 4d-1 AMERICAN CZECHOSLOVAK CULTURAL CENTERS FOLK DANCE EDUCATION PROGRAM (CCFDEP) DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: To utilize the Czechoslovak historic Dance Halls and other suitable Slovanic Landmarks, to give school children; disabled children; and interested adults, suitable beginner level and possibly intermediate level dance instruction in both the Slovanic and the American traditional folk dance forms. Group dance is a public confirmation of the community and of ethnicity. SLOVANIC TRADITIONAL FOLK DANCE FORMS include: Czech Furiant, Ukrainian Dumka, Czech Polka, Moravian Sousedska, Czech Skocna, Slovakian Odzemek, Slovanic Starodavny, Serbian Kolo, Czech Spacirka, Polish Mazurka, and others. ACTIVITIES of 2024: We have continued our research and contacts with knowledgeable and interested groups with our extensive 2021-2022 travels across America, as well as our 2022 annual meeting and cultural tour in Central Europe, to be followed by a May 2024 meeting in Plzn, Ceska Republika, during which our organization is a guest of the Plzn-based DIVADLO ALFA, a statutory nationally supported Marionette Theatre of the Czech Republic. EXPENSES: Our volunteers have generously expended many donated hours to our ongoing preparations for this activity. Beyond these many valuable donated hours we had no further expenses in 2024.

PART III O 4d-2 AMERICAN CZECHOSLOVAK EVENT CENTERS (ACEC) DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: To utilize the Czechoslovak historic Dance & Meeting Halls, with their excellent dance floors and raised stages as multi-purpose event centers, offering services including: WEDDINGS, and ANNIVERSARY PARTIES, as well as: Cultural evenings WITH AN ARRAY OF CULTURAL EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS, SUCH AS: SLOVANIC FILM; CHILDRENs LIVE THEATRE PROGRAMs; TALKS by GUEST SPEAKERS on HISTORY, GEOGRAPHY, LITERATURE, and more. Special MUSIC PROGRAMS would invite participation of local choirs to perform traditional and LOCAL and SLOVANIC MUSIC to introduce another mode of language learning beyond the already widely used spoken word: singing in a Slovanic language. EXPENSE: There was no expense for this program in 2024, even though we were able to begin initiation of preliminary research and organization of content programming. This is a secondary program that requires advance accomplishment of other programs as a prerequsite. Future projected expenses will involve SPEAKERS FEES and ARRANGEMENTS, CATERING, ADVERTISEMENT LOCALLY, and use of the Halls and other Landmarks.
