Regularly meets with agency management to discuss labor and employee relations and conditions of employment. The goal is to create a workplace that promotes the safety and well-being of employees while still accomplishing the overall mission of the agency.

Strives to recruit new members and those who have transferred into the local as soon as possible. Local 2366 currently has approximately 1,472 members.

Paid out two scholarships to members' children to go toward a four-year college/university or technical school.
