Represent in violations of the contract & federal law (up to & including arbitration), unfair labor practices (ulp's), complaints of discrimination & sexual harassment, appeals of adverse actions, complaints of prohibited personnel practices (ppp). Participate in the negotiation of afmc master & local supplement labor agreements, a-76/hpo/cpi processes, afftc partnership council, & afftc voluntary protection programs (vpp).
