Whether its supporting affiliated unions organizing non-union workers, mobilizing union and community support for contract negotiations, assisting affiliates in efforts to do small- and large- scale mobilization, or creating strategies and campaigns that improve the lives of members and working people in the region, the council plays a wide array of roles in support of its affiliated unions.
