The organization is supported by member dues and lists of the following among its objectives:to foster the general welfare of education and pupil development in the town of johnston.to work for the general welfare and advancement of teachers in the town of johnston.to foster better teacher-to-teacher and teacher-to-administrator relationships serving as a communicative instrument among the respective organs of the school department.to provide a formum for the free exchange of ideas at the teacher administrative levels.to provide an atmosphere which will serve the best interests of all concerned with education in the town of johnston.
