To bring members of the portland community college faculty federation into relations of mutual assistance and cooperation. To advance the professional interests of community college faculty and academic professionals. To improve the instruction at portland community college. To eliminate all forms of discrimination in education. To cooperate with organized labor for the purpose of advancing democratic concepts through the schools at all levels.
