An exempt purpose of the organization is for the correction of ethics and corruption in government. Aff has long advocated for transparency and good governance at all levels of government. Where there are examples of unethical behavior or corruption, aff has been at the forefront of investigations and research into those situations.

An exempt purpose of the organization is to analyze legislation and promote public policy that empowers american farmers and ranchers to best be able to compete in the world market.
