"the gathering" is held each year. It is a 3-day conference which provides speakers for extended educational and networking services to enhance economical development in oklahoma indian country. All of the approximate 205 members are able to attend and bring guests, and 226 people attended in 2024. During this conference, a banquet is organized to recognize companies and individuals that have given time to the chamber to guide the operations.

Leadership native oklahoma is a course that includes monthly sessions and team building workshops and indianpreneurship classes to facilitate the improvement of oklahoma's future by encouraging, installing and facilitating a support network of leaders with a tribal perspective in mind. 40 members attended these sessions in 2024.
