Aicdc designed and developed the navigational service center to provide services for homeless individuals to address the health concerns affecting homeless individuals such as mersa, scabies and other communicable health risks.

A key aspect of aicdc's mission is to provide affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income families and individuals. The native elder housing project, known as bii di gain dash anwebi, is a 47 unit, new construction, rental housing development for low income households 62 years of age or older. The development was completed in october 2012 and today is fully leased.

Scattered permanent housingaicdc is in various stages of pre-developing and implementing affordable rental & home ownership options focused in the native american community. Among those already developed are many rivers east, a 53-unit apartment complex, and many rivers west, a 28-unit apartment complex, which are both fully occupied.

The day one family first program is designed to assist homeless families that are experiencing homelessness and are in need of housing. The program requires families to enroll and to adhere to educational progress and uplift the importance education has at getting individuals out of poverty. Housing will be subsidized and support on site for family advocacy.

The program goal is to minimize the negative consequences of the residents' drinking while providing a stable, culturally appropriate living environment that encourages a reduction in alcohol consumption.connected and adjacent to annishinabe wakiagun, is anishinabe bii gii wiin, a 32 unit single room occupancy, permanent supportive housing facility that prvides sober housing opportunities for homeless and near homeless individuals. The program goal is to provide a stable and culturally appropriate living environment from which individuals can explore further education and job opportunities.adjacent to bii gii wiin is anishinabe bii gii wiin iii, a 40 unit single room occupancy, permanent supportive housing facility that provides housing opportunities for homeless individuals suffering from substance use disorders.

Street outreach outreach program is a community-based program that provides an innovative street-based health outreach program in collaboration with neighborhood community clinics & homeless service organizations targeting chronically alcoholic, chronically homeless american indians who do not usually access shelter programs or mainstream clinic settings. The project has both a clinic site in the basement of the anishinabe wakiagun supportive housing program & a health street-outreach component to best serve this target population. Physician services are provided through a physician service.

The properties provide permanent supportive housing to homeless individuals through the housing support program.
