American legion post 510 is a post/organization of past and present members of the armed forces of the united states conducting a broad range of activities such as promoting the social welfare of the community; providing entertainment and assistance to hospitalized veterans; conducting programs for charitable purposes; sponsoring or participating in activities of a patriotic nature; carrying on activities to perpetuate the memory of deceased veterans and to comfort their survivors; and providing social and recreational activities for our members.
