Mission
To adhere to the American Legion preamble including the provision of fellowship for military veterans and to provide grants to assist those in need including needy families, youth groups, and various military and community groups.

Our Post sponsors the annual Independence Day festival including the annual fireworks show.
The Post sponsors a booth at "The Taste of Reading" selling refreshments and food. An equal donation of $1,000 was donated to the Reading Fire & Life Squad and Reading Police Department. ($ 2,000 donated).
