Howard thomas post 43 provide a back to school event for children of the raceland-worthington school district where they had inflatables and minature train rides. They also provided back packs for the less fortunate children, an easter egg hunt, shop with a cop and breakfast with santa. In addition they took christmas presents to residents of area nursing homes.
