American Legion

This is a Veterans organization. Our mission of the American Legion is to strengthen our communities, states and nations with programs and services for our veterans, the military and their families. Further we seek to benefit and strengthen ties with our youth. Helmets for Heroes assistance was given. Four Scholarships were given to high school seniors. Junior high school students were provided with tuition and transportation funding. Eighth grade students were assisted with a fundraiser to help them go to Washington D.C. Medallions and monetary awards were given for Americanism to eighth grade students. Monetary gifts were awarded to Oratorical Content Winners.
