American Legion Auxiliary

Poppy - the american legion poppy is hand-made by veterans for which the verteran receives money for each poppy made. Many of these veterans are in va medical centers, and in some cases, the therapeutic benefits derived are most helpful to them. Promoting public awareness and the history and purpose of the poppy is part of this program.

Children & youth - by protecting, caring for, and supporting children and youth, particularly those of veterans and military families, the american legion auxiliary members fulfill our brand promise of being community leaders and responsible american citizens while caring for military families.
