Organization serves members thru collective bargaining agreements with the usps including representation through the grievance arbitration process. Members are entitled to newsletters and participation in the training process. Organization represents employees through activities on federal legislation affecting pay, fringe benefits and safety and health standards on labor. Organization solicits voluntary membership and sponsors member activities, meetings and sale of organizational materials.
