Mission
To represent all covered employees by the enforcement of the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiated by the United States Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union AFL-CIO with regards to hours, wages and working conditions.

Publishing a local newsletter to keep members informed as to the issues affecting hours, wages and working conditions.
General meetings are held in different areas of the local to ensure that all members have a chance to attend and be heard.
Travel expenses and fees for conventions and conferences which included airfare, lodging and perdiems are incurred. Local travel by officers and employees is necessary to conduct businees in fulfilling their duties to the general membership.
